Description
BIOquant NS is a rechargeable device for intranasal red-light photobiomodulation. It uses a 650 nm laser applicator connected to a programmable handheld controller.
The nasal applicator contains a 650 nm red-light laser diode. The rechargeable controller provides adjustable output and timed programmes; the documented laser output range is 1–5 mW. The applicator is positioned in the nasal cavity with its dedicated fitting. Use follows the device-specific instructions, including the contraindications and precautions for laser exposure.
