How we handle data
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, practice, email, phone, message content). It is used solely to handle your enquiry.
What we don't do
We do not run third-party tracking, do not set marketing cookies, and do not send a newsletter. We do not sell or share your data.
Retention
Enquiries that don't lead to a contractual relationship are deleted after a maximum of 24 months. Accounting-relevant documents are retained in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (10 years).
Your rights
